The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing support to customers , escalating customer issues to the responsible department and managing customer relationships as required

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to customers.
  • Anticipate and liaise with cross-functional teams to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and customer service policies.
  • Cross Sell company offerings to customers as needed.
  • Escalate all unresolved issues as required and ensure prompt follow-up with the customer
  • Maintain Customer confidentiality at all times


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, or customer service preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
