The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing support to customers , escalating customer issues to the responsible department and managing customer relationships as required
- Minimum Qualification:HND
- Experience Level:Mid level
- Experience Length:2 years
- Provide personalized support to customers.
- Anticipate and liaise with cross-functional teams to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and customer service policies.
- Cross Sell company offerings to customers as needed.
- Escalate all unresolved issues as required and ensure prompt follow-up with the customer
- Maintain Customer confidentiality at all times
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, or customer service preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
- Strong people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
