Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Promote and sell company products/services to meet sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Assist in product displays, promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and company offerings
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Ensure excellent customer experience at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS or CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
