Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recommend approval, decline, or restructuring of loan applications based on findings.
- Monitor loan repayments, follow up with clients on due dates, and manage delinquent accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to clients to ensure responsible borrowing.
- Prepare periodic credit reports for management review.
- Collaborate with sales, collections, and risk management teams to achieve branch and company targets.
Requirements:
- OND / HND in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ proven experience as a Marketer, Credit Officer or Loan Recovery Officer (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
