We seek a Creche Teacher to provide a distinct holistic early-years learning experience in an inclusive, supportive, and nurturing environment that promotes learning, character development, and growth.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lessons aligned with early years learning goals.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual learners, including those with additional needs.
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Observe, assess, and document learning progress.
- Promote inclusive practices and celebrate diversity in the classroom.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the teaching team and participate in school events and professional development.
- Ensure children’s safety, well-being, and positive behaviour always.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- Recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education (Montessori Diploma EYTS ECE Diploma, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication
- Observation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Proven experience working with children from 5 months to 5 years.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
