Job Summary
The Creative Operations Lead will be the heartbeat of our agency, overseeing service delivery, coordinating the creative team, managing client expectations, and ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. This is a role that blends operations leadership with creative oversight. You’ll act as the bridge between partners, clients, and the creative team, making sure that deadlines are met, ideas are executed with excellence, and our output consistently raises the bar.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Service & Project Delivery
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, campaigns, and client engagements.
- Ensure all deliverables are on time, within budget, and up to Regnant Digital’s quality standards.
- Monitor workflows, troubleshoot challenges, and keep operations running smoothly.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, support, and coordinate the creative team (designers, content creators, social media managers, etc.).
- Oversee schedules, workloads, and deadlines to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Provide mentorship, accountability, and performance management.
Client Engagement
- Serve as the liaison between clients and the creative team.
- Gather requirements, clarify briefs, and ensure expectations are aligned and delivered.
- Participate in feedback sessions and client reviews.
Creative Oversight
- Oversee content creation shoots, campaigns, and productions.
- Provide creative input and quality control — reviewing visuals, videos, and campaigns to ensure creative excellence.
- Spot opportunities for stronger storytelling and elevate the creative output.
Agency Operations
- Act as the middle ground between partners and the wider creative team.
- Optimise workflows, systems, and processes for efficient delivery.
- Support with resource planning, vendor management, and budgeting.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in operations, project management, or creative services — ideally within a creative, digital, or marketing agency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills with proven ability to deliver projects on time.
- A sharp, creative eye and ability to give constructive feedback on campaigns and visuals.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
