Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Lagos for a Corporate Sales Executive. The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective client relationship management, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong communication with clients. Daily tasks include managing corporate accounts, creating strategic sales plans, closing deals, delivering excellent customer service, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role involves working collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless client experiences and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Corporate Sales and ability to meet performance targets
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in Account Management and Sales, including developing and maintaining positive client relationships particularly in a service or consulting firm.
- Customer Service skills and a client-centered approach to addressing needs and resolving concerns
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans, proposals, and adapt to evolving market demands
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with using CRM software is an advantage
