Corporate And Experiential Event Producer

Responsibilities:

• Translate brand narratives into interactive event concepts and storytelling experiences.
• Event Production & Project Management
• Lead end-to-end production of live and virtual events, pop-ups, installations, brand activations, trade shows, and more.
• Develop timelines, budgets, and production schedules
• Source and manage vendors, venues, production crews, and technical teams.
• Ensure flawless onsite execution and real-time problem-solving.
• Budget & Resource Management
• Create and manage budgets; negotiate costs and maintain profitability without compromising quality.
• Track expenses and report on cost efficiencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, logistics, PR, and digital, to ensure alignment.
• Lead pre-production meetings, site visits, and stakeholder briefings.
• Gather metrics, evaluate ROI, and compile post-event reports
• Implement learnings into future productions to optimise impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience producing branded or experiential events.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale events.
• Strong understanding of creative production, fabrication, and logistics.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in event production software and tools
