The Content Creator will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality content that effectively communicates the company’s brand message, products, and culture. This role involves creating photo, video, and written content for various platforms, covering both internal and external events, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging multimedia content (videos, photos, graphics, and written posts) for social media, the company website, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Capture and document in-office and out-of-office events, including product launches, trade shows, community engagements, and internal company activities.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling trendy social media content, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to craft compelling stories that highlight the company’s people, products, and milestones.
  • Edit photos, videos, and written content to meet brand standards and optimize for various platforms.
  • Work closely with departments (production, HR, sales, etc.) to gather information and create content aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements for future content strategies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience covering events and producing quick-turnaround content.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
