This is a full time position that requires the experience of working with an engineering company. We are an engineering company with various subsidiaries seeking for an experienced secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various responsibilities as required by the management and staff of the company.
- Minimum Qualification:Degree
- Experience Level:Mid level
- Experience Length:3 years
- Prepare bidding documents, proposals, draft letters, and other documents as required by the management.
- Ensure proper communication between the clients, management, and staff of the company.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes of meetings, and ensure proper documentation of company records
- Ensure that logistics are properly carried out when required.
- Perform other administrative functions i.e. answering calls, sending & replying to emails, and other duties that may be required by the company from time to time.
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a secretary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with less supervision
