Job Summary

Oasis Management Company Limited is a Management Consulting and IT Services and Software Development company, based in Abuja. We are seeking to employ a Front Desk/ Admin Officer who will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Handle their inquiries and provide accurate feedback
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars for meetings as well as venue arrangement.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and visitors.
  • Assist with inventory management for various office supplies.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  • Submit various remittances, letters and proposals to relevant parties.
  • Generate remita for various financial transactions, carryout errands to the banks and any other organization affiliated with the company.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepare for various meetings within or outside the office for diverse purpose, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with several tasks and errands for various heads as directed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

 

Requirements:

  • This position is open preferably to a Male candidate
  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role as a receptionist or front desk officer
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in fast-paced environments.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
