Job Summary
Oasis Management Company Limited is a Management Consulting and IT Services and Software Development company, based in Abuja. We are seeking to employ a Front Desk/ Admin Officer who will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Minimum Qualification: HND
- Experience Level: Entry level

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Handle their inquiries and provide accurate feedback
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars for meetings as well as venue arrangement.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and visitors.
- Assist with inventory management for various office supplies.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Submit various remittances, letters and proposals to relevant parties.
- Generate remita for various financial transactions, carryout errands to the banks and any other organization affiliated with the company.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Prepare for various meetings within or outside the office for diverse purpose, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with several tasks and errands for various heads as directed.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a Male candidate
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role as a receptionist or front desk officer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in fast-paced environments.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
