You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Center, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent leadership skills, passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the center
- Manage staff and ensure high-quality patient care
- Manage staffing Rotas
- Ensure compliance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Undertake Business Development functions as and when required
- Maintain inventory - Pharmacy, Laboratory, diagnostic center and house keeping inventories
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure patient satisfaction
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Handle patient complaints and issues
- Ensure the hospital is clean and safe
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and departments
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degreeÂ
- Background in any of the following professions will be an advantage; Medical Doctor, Nursing, Pharmacist, Medical Lab scientist or Healthcare Administration.Â
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care
