Job Summary

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill the position of Clients Support Manager -Such will create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. A person who will manage a portfolio of assigned customers, actively seek new sales opportunities and develop new business from existing clients. Our company provide end-to-end technology related solutions to Enterprise Customers, these includes Enterprise Network Connectivity, Telecom infrastructure and Renewable Energy Services. We are regularly engaged with projects across several towns and cities in Nigeria. The company has been in business for about 20 years.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managing existing relationships with customers, and understanding their business models and markets to achieve better growth.
  • Building and maintaining productive business relationships with Customers and exploring opportunities to gain a larger share of the customers’ wallets.
  • Managing business relationships between customers and Company being the primary contact person for accounts.
  • Working with the Service Delivery team to resolve any customer queries or problems in a timely and effective manner in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and make sales presentations on products and services to decision-making audiences
  • Maintain a good level of understanding and knowledge of the Company’s products and services, ensuring that customer inquiries and needs can be captured and dealt with accurately
  • Follow up with the Technical and operations teams to ensure customer solutions are captured accurately and requirements are met on a timely basis.
  • Building strategic, mutually reinforcing networks and relationships with key stakeholders to gain knowledge, and stay abreast of issues, and opportunities to advance the interests of the company.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of Weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.


Requirements:
  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferably Electrical Engineering /Computer Science with a proven interest in sales and Support.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant sales experience preferably within the ICT /Renewable Energy industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high environment
  • Ability to manage diverse corporate customers with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance it with achieving good results
  • Good networking skills with Technical and Professional proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment
  • Strong ability to uncover new revenue opportunities and create productive, long-term customer relationships.
