Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and process their orders accurately.
- Handle cash, card, and transfer payments using the POS system.
- Issue receipts and ensure accurate record-keeping of daily sales.
- Balance the cash register and report discrepancies to the supervisor or manager.
- Assist with answering customer inquiries and resolving minor complaints.
- Communicate orders clearly with the kitchen team to avoid mistakes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier’s workspace.
Requirements:
- SSCE / OND / HND or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a cashier, front desk staff, or similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of using POS systems and handling cash.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be honest, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
