Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel cleaning standards, team supervision, and quality control, with the ability to maintain exceptional room presentation, hygiene, and guest service standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assign daily duties to housekeeping staff; conduct briefings and monitor performance.
- Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure quality and readiness for check-in.
- Respond to guest requests and handle complaints professionally.
- Track and manage housekeeping inventory, linens, and cleaning supplies.
- Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols; conduct periodic staff training.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, F&B, and Security for smooth operations.
- Report daily activities, challenges, and management recommendations.
Requirements:
- OND/HND or equivalent in hospitality or related field.
- 2–4 years’ housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel cleaning standards, chemicals, and safety procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and guest service orientation.
