We are seeking a well-spoken, organized, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to handle guests’ inquiries, reservations, and front-desk operations professionally.

Job Description/Requirements
- Welcome and check in guests politely
- Handle room reservations and confirm bookings.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
- Maintain records of guest information and payments.
- Work closely with the housekeeping and management team.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel and services.
- Resolve guest complaints courteously.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must be well-presented and organized.
- Ability to use basic computer applications.
- Previous experience is an added advantage.
- Must be punctual and reliable
