Job summary

We are seeking a well-spoken, organized, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to handle guests’ inquiries, reservations, and front-desk operations professionally.

Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Working Hours: Full Time

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check in guests politely
  • Handle room reservations and confirm bookings.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
  • Maintain records of guest information and payments.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping and management team.
  • Provide accurate information about the hotel and services.
  • Resolve guest complaints courteously.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of BSC/HND
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be well-presented and organized.
  • Ability to use basic computer applications.
  • Previous experience is an added advantage.
  • Must be punctual and reliable
