Job Summary

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will serve as an intermediary between our company and it's current potential client and more so, respond to our followers request and comments on our social media platform. He or She must possess an excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

   

  • Manage Inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers'  needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solution and/or alternative 
  • Seize opportunities to up-sell when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • You will be responsible for our social media managing posts and responding to followers request or comments
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets


 Job Specifications 

  • Previous experience in a customer services role
  • Track record of over- achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM  systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively and efficiently
