Job Summary
As a result of business expansion, we are looking for an experienced consultant to oversee the management of the schools (pre-school to secondary) under our business-managed services.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations and process management of our various schools in Nigeria
- Assist and support in functionalities of planning, implementation, assessment, and school improvement processes
- Identify new approaches and solutions to academic and non-academic issues identified through problem diagnosis and process analysis
- Provide leadership and/or perform necessary administrative duties as required to manage the schools
- Assess and evaluate emotional, behavioral, and learning aspects of students to design educational programs
- Provide ongoing support to and management of educational staff
- Maintain and manage records, reports, and documentation
- Discuss various issues with the different groups and members within the schools to understand the basic problems and requirements of the schools and recommend appropriate solutions
- Undertake proper research and provide recommendations on curriculum and materials for school systems
- Advise the administrative and teaching staff about curriculum development and the use of various educational materials and equipment
- Ensure that the teaching staff is working efficiently and recommend certain changes, if required, that could strengthen their teaching competencies
- Coordinate workshops or conferences on specialty topics for the development of the schools using expert resource personnel
- Sending periodic reports and updates to the COO.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of an HND /Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of work experience in business/management consulting
- Experience in educational management is ideal
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to develop and present detailed, actionable proposals and plans
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Aptitude for analytical and creative thinking
- Strong working knowledge of business management best practices
- Good knowledge of data analysis, research techniques, and business analysis tools
- Dependability and cooperative attitude
- Knowledge about management and administration
- IT-skills
- Report-writing skills
- Ability to complete tasks within a given time frame with effective time management
