Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day business and operational activities
- Oversee production processes and ensure quality control
- Coordinate supply chain, logistics, and distribution
- Develop and implement operational strategies for efficiency
- Supervise staff and support business growth initiatives
- Prepare reports and performance analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, production, or business management
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to analyse performance and solve problems
- Experience in agriculture or FMCG is an added advantage
- Ability to speak Hausa is an added advantage
