We are seeking to hire a Business Manager who will own the commercial success and customer growth strategy for the new B2B product. The candidate will play a pivotal role in launching, scaling, and optimizing the product's Performance

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue, manage costs, and optimize profitability across the product line.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow the SME customer base.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform product and business strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate qualified leads and build strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure the product meets the evolving needs of SMEs.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Design efficient processes for onboarding, engagement, and support of SME customers


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in business management, product marketing, or growth roles (preferably in tech or SaaS)
  • Proven track record of delivering growth in early-stage or high-growth product environments
  • Strong understanding of the SME market and its challenges
  • Experience managing budgets, driving profitability, and influencing product strategy
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for execution
  • Data-driven decision-maker
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
