- Customer check-ups/greetings on special days (call customers once in a while)
- Attending to clients request and complains (taking in complains and complain resolution)
- Responding to customer’s emails/complaints
- Customer database management
- Collaborating with MD / project manager on onboarding new projects and recording timelines
- Monthly website performance review reports from clients
- Ensuring customer satisfaction on projects
- Seeking for customer’s reviews/testimonials for appraisal purposes
- Generating New Leads and speaking to new clients for possible business transactions.
- Managing team members and suggesting apprasials

- Facebook and Naira land, soft calls/email marketing (MailChimp broadcast and ordinary email broadcast)
- Generating leads and follow-ups from online directories and website request contacts.
- HND, BSC
- Knowledge of Office suites - Powerpoint, Excel and MS word is compulsory
- Ability to construct and compose a good email message
- Good content writer for blog and other marketing channels
- Good communication skills
