Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard individuals, businesses, corporate organisations, and market groups interested in loans and investment opportunities.
- Promote the company’s loan products and investment packages to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target sectors.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and convert leads into active customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets assigned by management.
- Prepare and submit weekly activity reports, lead updates, and performance summaries.
- Represent the company professionally in all marketing engagements, presentations, and events.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, finance, loans, or investment sales is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver results under pressure.
- Must be confident, persuasive, and field-oriented.
