The job holder's duties will revolve around generating project/business opportunities and RFPs through customer contact to meet the company’s business plans and growth strategies. Also, setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial FM industry.
- Drive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through “Closing the Deal”.
