Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current business processes, systems, and workflows.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Collaborate with consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needs.
- Prepare detailed documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), process flow diagrams, and use cases.
- Support implementation of technology solutions by ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather and validate requirements.
- Participate in solution testing, training, and user adoption efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a business analyst role in a public or private sector.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Understanding digital transformation, process automation, or enterprise IT solutions is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and full product lifecycle management.
- Must reside in either Bayelsa or Abuja
