Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Draft, proofread, and send organizational emails to stakeholders, donors, volunteers, and program participants.
- Maintain and update email lists and contact records.
- Track email responses and follow up as needed.
- Support outreach and engagement with partners, sponsors, and community organizations.
- Draft proposals, updates, and reports for partner communication.
- Maintain records of partnership interactions and agreements.
- Assist in coordinating joint initiatives, events, or campaigns with partner organizations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for meetings or events.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and coordination.
- Track communication metrics and help prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
Minimum BSc
1 years of previous work experience in similar role
