Job Summary
TM Interiors is seeking a smart, stylish, and detail-oriented female architect to join our studio as an Architectural Design Associate. This role is ideal for a young professional passionate about interior architecture, design execution, and contributing meaningfully to a creative, emotionally driven brand. While your primary focus will be on architectural and interior design support, you will also help ensure the studio remains organised, efficient, and flowing smoothly, especially during quieter project seasons.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Design Support:
- Support the development and execution of interior architecture and construction projects
- Assist with floor plans, space planning, mood board presentations, conceptual design, and technical drawings
- Join the Creative Director for site measurements, layout sketching, and client meeting preparation
- Conduct research and documentation on finishes, lighting, and materials
- Help maintain the design samples library and sourcing coordination
Studio & Operational Support (In-House Only):
- Maintain studio order, workflow, and timelines
- Support client documentation, internal communication, and basic follow-ups
- Handle small studio logistics and coordination during slow project periods
- Act as a dependable right-hand to the Creative Director in keeping studio operations functional
Requirements:
- Female, based on Lagos Island
- 2-3 years experience
- Master's in Architecture or Interior Architecture
- Smart, articulate, and confident
- Professional, stylish appearance and presence
- Detail-oriented with strong organisation and follow-through
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent design software
- Tech-comfortable (email, simple tools like Canva, Notion, or Trello)
- Friendly, discreet, and able to multitask gracefully
- Loyal, growth-oriented, and willing to evolve with the brand
- Independent, curious, and eager to build something real
- Passionate about interior design, entrepreneurship, and quiet excellence
- Applicants must reside on Lagos Island.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 400,000 Net
