Architect / Space Designer

Responsibilities:

• Translate existing schematic concepts into detailed spatial layouts and architectural plans.
• Develop 3D visuals and renderings to aid in design presentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Produce technical drawings and documentation suitable for implementation and construction.
• Apply practical design knowledge to ensure functionality, flexibility, and usability of spaces for youth-focused activities.
• Collaborate with the project team to refine designs based on feedback and project needs.
• Ensure all design outputs are delivered on time and meet quality and accuracy standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Environmental Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in space planning, layout development, and technical drawing production.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
• Ability to produce high-quality 3D visualizations and presentation materials.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical, solution-oriented design approach.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Previous experience working on modular or community-oriented projects is an advantage.
• Strong in 2D drafting and 3D modeling
• Can produce clean, accurat,e build-ready layouts
• Understands modular and functional space planning
• Attention to detail and clear visual communication
• Reliable organized, and responsive to feedback
