Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and project plans.
- Prepare 2D and 3D building models using architectural software.
- Supervise construction projects to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Ensure projects meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare project documentation and presentations for clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: BSc Architecture.
- Professional certification is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or related software.
- Strong knowledge of building construction and architectural design.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and project management skills.
- Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience as an Architect.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interior and exterior design expertise.
- Site supervision and project coordination.
- Space planning and building visualization.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 400,000
