The Architect is responsible for designing functional, aesthetically pleasing, and code-compliant architectural solutions that align with client requirements and company standards. The role involves concept development, technical drawings, site supervision, and coordination with interior designers and engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
- Produce 3D visualizations and presentations for client approvals.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and feasibility assessments.
- Coordinate with interior designers, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors throughout project execution.
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations, safety standards, and local planning requirements.
- Prepare project specifications, material schedules, and technical documentation.
- Review construction drawings and shop drawings before implementation.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Resolve technical and design issues that arise during project execution.
- Recommend suitable construction materials, finishes, and building systems.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and assist in cost estimation where required.
- Review contractor work and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Manage design revisions and incorporate client feedback professionally.
- Prepare project reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and building permits.
- Research current architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and innovative construction methods.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc. or B.Tech.) in Architecture.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) from a recognized university (First Class is an added advantage).
- 3–5 years of relevant post-graduation experience (more for senior roles).
- Membership or progress toward registration with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Nigerian building regulations and construction standards.
- Experience in residential, commercial, office, hospitality, or luxury interior fit-out projects.
- Timely completion of architectural designs.
- Accuracy and quality of construction drawings.
- Percentage of projects completed within budget.
- Compliance with design specifications and regulations.
- Number of design revisions caused by errors.
- Client satisfaction ratings.
- Timely delivery of project milestones.
- Quality of site supervision and issue resolution.
