Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair split units, inverter air conditioners, central air conditioning systems, cassette units, standing units, and other HVAC equipment.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related faults accurately.
Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, capacitors, thermostats, control boards, relays, contactors, expansion valves, and fans.
Recharge refrigerants in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable safety standards.
Carry out leak detection, pressure testing, vacuuming, and system performance testing.
Inspect and clean air filters, coils, condensers, evaporators, drainage systems, and ductwork where applicable.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend repairs or replacements before major failures occur.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and minimise equipment downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and repair documentation.
Ensure proper handling and storage of refrigerants, tools, and equipment.
Comply with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain a clean and organised workshop and work area.
Liaise with other maintenance personnel to ensure uninterrupted operation of company facilities.
Advise management on equipment upgrades, replacements, and maintenance schedules.
Perform any other HVAC-related duties assigned by management.
