Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed construction drawings for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and 3D visualisations.
Meet with clients to understand project objectives, functional requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and project assessments.
Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, planning regulations, and safety standards.
Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, and other consultants.
Prepare technical specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material samples.
Supervise construction activities to ensure projects are executed according to approved designs and specifications.
Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues during construction.
Recommend appropriate construction materials and sustainable design solutions.
Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
Prepare reports, presentations, and design proposals for management and clients.
Ensure timely delivery of architectural projects within budget and quality standards.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Stay updated on emerging architectural trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
