Interior Architect

Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and space plans.
• Prepare detailed interior working drawings and construction documentation.
• Produce ceiling layouts, joinery details, furniture layouts, and finish schedules.
• Select materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, artisans, and consultants throughout project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor design implementation and quality.
• Resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with approved designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
• Experience delivering residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Strong portfolio of completed interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and at least one rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, or 3ds Max. Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Ability to prepare detailed construction drawings and coordinate project delivery.
