Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Taking the construction brief to identify clients’ needs
- Develop ideas keeping in mind the client’s needs, building usage, and environmental impact
- Prepare preliminary sketches, layouts, and drawings for clients.
- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
- Follow architectural trends and advancements
- To coordinate and handle all aspects of project execution
- should have a keen interest in end-to-end project management from design to project Execution
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an architect
- At least 2 years of experience working with the REVIT design tool. (Non-negotiable)
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills (Residential and commercial building designs)
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
- knowledge of Tender and As-built document preparation
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in 3D
- Visual awareness and an eye for details
- HND/B.SC IN Architecture
