Agent Franchise Manager

Job Summary

The Agent Franchise Manager responsibilities include setting up/conversion of agents’ location into Moniepoint customer center. He is responsible for identifying agent locations with good business traction and ensuring the conversion with proper branding within the agreed TAT. He is also responsible for the geographical distribution of the Moniepoint service center across the nation. This role plays an important part in our location spread and presence in the industry which is then responsible for customer penetration and awareness. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the number of service centers per 100 customers.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying viable Agents in good locations for conversion into Moniepoint outlet 
  • Building a documented process of agent location acquisition and branding
  • Delivers a sizeable converted location within a short period with proper and visible branding 
  • Work out business structure with agents whose locations are converted
  • Provide support to agent growth manager at an early stage
  • Work with other stakeholders to ensure the location has access to all tools

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in agency banking business setup
  • Experience with financial products and services
  • Industry or competitors  awareness of e-banking products
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Minimum of post-secondary school qualification/diploma.
