Job Summary
Our client, an FMCG company, is looking to hire a Credit Control Manager, who will manage a team that Manages the complete O2C cycle. The credit function plays a vital role in the finance department to ensure that invoices are paid on time and the company’s debts are secured. Must have experience in FMCG and ICAN certified

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Credit Control Officers
- Formulate the company's credit policy
- Review credit applications and references
- Prepare journal entries and credit notes
- Meet and negotiate terms with debt collection agencies
- Manage write-offs, bad debt provisions, and payment plans
- Assist accounts team
- Review processes to reduce debtor days
- Upload prices in the system and communicate with the Sales Team
- Coordinate with warehousing and sales support providers
- Compute sales incentives and credit notes
- Manage customer support staff
- Resolve customer disputes and reconcile accounts
Requirements:
- Experience in credit control and accounts receivable
- Working knowledge of credit control
- ICAN certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
