Afiliate Marketing Director

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s overall affiliate marketing strategy.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates and strategic partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, and other partners.

• Develop commission structures, incentives, and promotional campaigns to drive affiliate performance.

• Monitor affiliate traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, and return on investment.

• Identify new affiliate opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.

• Lead negotiations and agreements with key affiliates and partners.

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance teams to achieve business targets.

• Ensure affiliate campaigns comply with company policies and relevant industry regulations.

• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Prepare and present regular affiliate performance reports and recommendations to Management.

• Manage the affiliate marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.

• Lead, coach, and manage the affiliate marketing team.

• Establish performance targets and KPIs for affiliates and team members.

• Continuously optimise affiliate campaigns and strategies to improve acquisition and revenue.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience 
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent business development and partnership management skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of affiliate networks
• Tracking platforms and marketing tools
