Responsibilities:
- Find business owners online
- Contact business owners and explain the platform benefits
- Answer questions that business owners might have
- Assist business owners in navigating our site and using the platform
- Track progress and follow up with incomplete listings
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Diploma
- No experience/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet a monthly target of listed businesses on the platform
- Periodic report of progress
