The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring Amara Medicare's digital marketing activities across social media, search engines, websites, online advertising and other digital channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who can create compelling healthcare content, manage campaigns.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Manage Amara Medicare on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Content Creation: Create and coordinate Reels, educational videos, doctor/specialist interviews, etc., and the candidate should be comfortable appearing behind or, where appropriate, in front of the camera.
- Seo & Google: Manage and improve AMARA MEDICARE's online search visibility.
- Digital Advertising: Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads and Instagram campaigns. Facebook campaigns,
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website traffic, social media growth and engagement
- Lead Management: Work closely with the customer-care/front-desk team to ensure digital leads are properly followed up.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with clinicians and the business development team to identify services and stories that can be translated into useful digital content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in digital marketing or a related role
- Graphic design and video-editing skills
- Good understanding of SEO and Google Business Profiles
- Excellent written and spoken English
