Job summary
We are hiring a high energy, target obsessed Admissions & Sales Executive (Educational Consultant) for our Abuja office. This is a front line sales role built for people who are hungry, persuasive, and relentless about closing. Leads are provided. Your job is to call, follow up aggressively, overcome objections, and convert prospects into enrolled international students. This role rewards performance, not excuses. High performers earn strong commissions monthly.

Responsibilities:
- Make high volume outbound calls daily to assigned leads
- Follow up consistently until a clear yes or no is achieved
- Convince prospects and parents to proceed with enrollment
- Close enrollments for study abroad programs
- Hit and exceed monthly recruitment targets
- Track calls, follow-ups, and conversions accurately
- Collaborate with the admissions and processing team to close deals
Requirements:
- Very strong command of spoken and written English
- Confident, persuasive, and fearless on the phone
- Proven sales mindset with the ability to handle rejection
- Comfortable with aggressive follow-ups and high call volume
- Strong closing and objection handling skills
- Money motivated and target driven
- Disciplined, punctual, and consistent
- Sales or call centre experience is a strong advantage
Salary & Commission:
- Base salary between NGN 100,000 and 150,000
- Commission on every successful enrollment
- High performers regularly earn over USD 1,000 Monthly in commissions
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Fully office-based in Abuja
