- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Organising staff training sessions and activities
- Training and developing staff and making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Candidate must be literate, articulate, mature, diligent, and effective.
- The role requires considerable multitasking and strong communication and management skills.
