Job Summary
A reputable FMCG company for popular brands is currently recruiting for the position of Account/Admin Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties such as reviewing and reconciling accounts, tax reconciliation, bookkeeping, invoicing, and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.

Job Description/Requirements
- Manage compliance with tax legislation/regulations and guidelines, Companies Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Withholding Tax, Personal Income Tax, etc
- Prepare employees' payroll including statutory deductions like PAYE, PENSION, etc
- Prepare weekly/monthly management report
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales breakdowns
- Track all receivables and payables
- Monthly reconciliation of bank statement
- Perform related administrative and or logistic duties
- Be prepared to travel once in a while
- 1 - 3 years of proven experience as an Account/Admin officer
- Minimum academic qualification of ATS/OND/NCE/H.N.D/B.Sc. in accounting.
- Proficient in English Language (written & oral)
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially MS Word & Excel), and SAGE 50 (Peachtree)
- Problem-solving skills and multi-tasking abilities
