Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and update ledgers.
- Manage client payments, receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Process vendor invoices and reconcile accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports.
- Handle payroll and calculate agents’ commissions.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash and validate company expenses.
- Ensure tax compliance (PAYE, VAT, etc.) and maintain audit-ready records.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting or related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience (real estate advantage).
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and integrity.
