Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Track daily usage of consumables and supplies.
- Conduct weekly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Investigate inventory losses and enforce storage standards.
- Ensure safe, clean, and functional facilities.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and reports.
- Escalate breaches or non-compliance immediately.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in inventory control or operational compliance
- Experience in FMCG, hospitality, wellness, or service-based environments preferred
- Certification in inventory management or internal controls is an advantage
- Proficiency in POS, CRM systems, and Excel reporting
Key Performance Indicators:
- Inventory variance ≤ 10%; reconciliation accuracy ≥ 95%
- Facility downtime ≤ 5%; audit score ≥ 90%
- Documentation completeness ≥ 90%
Remuneration: NGN 350,000 – 500,000 Gross
