3D Visualizer/ Interior Architect

Responsibilities:

• Create initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability.
  
• Produce photo-realistic 3D images or animations of proposed models, plans, designs, buildings and developments.
• Populating finishing schedule and presenting architectural specifications, and drawing.
• Produce detailed shop drawings.
• Compiling finishes boards including color, furniture dimensions, furniture layout and finishes selections in line with client’s requirements.
• Production of rendering and post rendering works.
• Oversees the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements.
• Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.
• Ensure implementation of design changes where necessary and adequate spatial planning.
• Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience as an Architect or related role.
• Coursework in computer-aided design (CAD) highly preferred.
  
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to apply a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors.
• Ability to determine initial goals, brief and requirements for the space to be designed.
  
• Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) software such as Revit, Sketch up or 3dsmax.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• 3D Visualization skills are compulsory.
