Site Cleaners maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and orderly presentation of the site office, welfare facilities, and construction common areas throughout the project. A well-maintained site is safer, more productive, keeps site office trailers clean, clears site walkways, and gathers debris in designated collection zones.

The Finance and Commercial Assistant provides essential day-to-day financial and commercial support to the Commercial Manager and quantity surveying team, ensuring that the project's financial administration runs accurately and on time.

Enforces quality assurance plans, manages site inspection requests, issues Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and verifies material specs.

The QC Inspector is the project's structural quality guardian, role carries the authority to halt any concrete pour pending satisfactory inspection, and that authority is non-negotiable. Our commitment to structural quality means that no pour takes place on this project without a QC Inspector having personally inspected and signed off the works

The Procurement Assistant supports the Procurement Manager across all procurement activities, ensuring that the procurement register, vendor communications, purchase order system, and delivery documentation are kept current and accurate at all times.

The Procurement Manager owns the entire procurement programme for the project, with particular responsibility for the international import strategy. With multiple high-value, long-lead items requiring international procurement and successful clearance through Lagos ports, this is one of the most operationally critical roles on the project.

The Site Quantity Surveyor is the commercial presence on the ground, ensuring that all work is measured accurately, all additional costs are captured, and all subcontractor claims are assessed against site reality.

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media and Digital Marketing Officer to manage our social media platforms, create engaging property content, and support digital advertising and lead-generation activities.

The Roving HSE Officer covers all external works areas including roads, drainage, perimeter, and utilities plant, which sit outside the primary residential construction areas, and provides surge safety coverage across the entire site during high-risk simultaneous operations such as concurrent slab pours and tower crane lifts.

The Environmental Compliance Officer ensures that the project operates in compliance with all environmental requirements throughout construction. Environmental breaches on a project of this profile carry regulatory, reputational, and programme risk; this role manages those risks proactively

Fit-Out Mgr takes full responsibility for all internal fit-out works across all residential blocks from the point at which the structural frame and envelope are sufficiently advanced to allow internal works to commence. This role joins the project partway through construction and owns the fit-out programe through to unit-by-unit practicalcompletion

Manages architectural and design workflows, ensuring design intent, constructability, statutory approvals, and budget parameters are fully integrated.
