- Close high-value and strategic deals consistently and profitably
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to deal closure

- Track, analyze, and report sales performance and forecasts accurately

- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on closing high-value products
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Strong expertise in negotiation, objection handling, and deal conversion
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly results-driven with strong ownership and execution mindset
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver predictable outcomes
- Experience in real estate or premium asset sales is an added advantage
- Experience is mandatory; results are the benchmark
