The Instructional Design Officer is responsible for designing and developing training materials that meet organizational learning objectives. This role involves creating curricula, developing engaging training content, and conducting Training Needs Analysis to ensure effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and design training materials, including curricula, lesson plans, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and learning requirements across departments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
- Review and update existing training materials to maintain quality and effectiveness.
- Assist in the implementation of training programs and provide support during training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree
