Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities in the panel workshop.
- Ensure that all tasks are performed according to project specifications and timelines.
- Assist the team in resolving technical issues and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Maintain an organised work environment and promote workplace safety
- Track progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to the manager.
- Identify and report missing materials or components required to complete panel jobs.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in a workshop environment, specifically in panel building and electrical assembly.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical control diagrams.
- Capable of identifying and correcting single-line diagrams.
- Knowledge of Synchro configuration and associated control systems.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of technicians effectively.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills with the team and relevant departments.
