Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI pipelines for lesson and quiz generation.
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models) with curriculum data.
- Fine-tune or prompt-engineer models for accuracy and alignment.
- Develop frameworks to evaluate AI output quality and bias.
- Deploy AI endpoints and ensure scalability with backend engineers.
- Collaborate with Curriculum Specialists to align content with learning goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or NLP engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and LLM-based applications.
- Experience in prompt engineering and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with EdTech or adaptive learning systems is a plus.
- Passion for ethical and impactful AI in education.
Preferred Tech Stack & Tools:
- Languages: Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
- Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS)
- Deployment: Docker, Azure DevOps, Azure OpenAI Service
Remuneration: NGN 550,000 - 800,000
