Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage overall operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
  • Develop and execute restructuring plans to improve organizational performance and scalability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless coordination between technical, customer service, finance, and product teams
  • Drive operational excellence through KPIs and performance metrics
  • Champion compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in telecommunications or ICT operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
  • Strong engineering background (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or related discipline)
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas Sector is required
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational restructuring and operational transformation
  • Proven leadership in managing multiple teams across projects
  • Deep understanding of telecom systems, infrastructure, and service delivery models
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Candidate Profile:
  • Must be 40 years of age or older
  • Resilient, adaptive leader with a strong track record of driving change
  • High emotional intelligence with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Visionary mindset with attention to detail and execution.
  • Unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and operational integrity
