We are a hair extension company that is in dire need of an IT personnel that can adequately manage our Attendance clocking system, CCTV management and Computer repairs and management. He will also maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure, supporting staff operations, and ensuring system security and efficiency.

- Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Network & Internet Management
- System Administration
- Cybersecurity & Data Protection
- Hardware Maintenance
- Software & Application Management
- Documentation & Reporting
- Manage CCTV and access control systems
- Support biometric attendance devices
- Maintain company email systems
- Support cloud storage and remote access systems
- Assist with website or ERP maintenance
Requirements:
- HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in IT support or system administration
- Relevant certifications are an advantage (CompTIA A+ (Optional), CCNA (Optional) and Microsoft Certifications)
- Computer hardware and networking knowledge
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows systems
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
